Michelle Gormas PA-C

Michelle Gormas PA-C has been centered in healthcare for 20 years with almost 15 years of experience as a Physician Assistant. She has extensive training in cvts surgery, advanced procedures, critical care medicine, cardiology, BioTE, urgent care, and family medicine/primary care.

Avenue Health was opened due to her dedication to a quality-centered patient model where each person is treated individually with a focus on teaching as well as optimizing health and wellness. Her goal is to give each individual the tools needed to live a happier, healthier, more energetic life. In her free time she enjoys reading medical journals, spending quality time with her family, hiking, camping, skiing, surfing, running, and boating.


She is also dedicated to improving healthcare through involvement with state boards. These include an appointment to the Board of Medicine where she served on Investigation and Allegation committee and Rules committee. Participation with MAPS with PMP AWARExE Integration Board during incorporation of the new software system monitoring controlled substances in Michigan. Involvement with Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants improving access and quality care throughout Michigan.

Chelsea Sinclair PA-C

Chelsea Sinclair, PA-C earned her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health with a minor in Women and Gender Studies, and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Grand Valley State University. This foundation laid the groundwork for her understanding of the diverse needs and experiences that shape healthcare, particularly for women. She is driven by her desire to provide compassionate, trusting, evidence based care, while empowering and supporting patients to take charge of their health. She brings extensive expertise in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Women’s Health, and BioTE. Chelsea shares her medical knowledge as a member of MSU PA Medicine Adjunct Faculty and MSU Clinical Preceptor. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her daughter.

Olivia Maes PA-C

Olivia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Grand Valley State University. She then went on to attend Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine Physician Assistant Program where she graduated in August of 2024. At graduation she was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants. Olivia values patient-centered care, and will help you to feel like the best version of yourself.

When she is not at Avenue Health, she enjoys exploring her home state of Michigan. In the summers she loves taking trips up north for hiking and boating, and in the winters, she can be found skiing or snowboarding.
